Omaha Track is seeking a Field Manager to join our growing Field Operations department. Our ideal candidate has experience identifying and building strong teams, working in a related industry (i.e. construction, transportation, oil and gas, etc.), and is dedicated to safety, teamwork, and professionalism. We pride ourselves on being an innovative leader in the rail services industry, and seek to add only the best to our growing team.
The Field Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations relating to Omaha Track’s projects, including the allocation of field crews, performance and personnel management, safe work practices and environment, and production. They serve as the relationship manager between Omaha Track and their assigned customer(s).
Omaha Track will not require you to relocate. Live wherever you want in the continental United States, as this position requires approximately 75% travel. All travel and lodging will be paid by the company.
